Nelly Njinguet is a passionate professional with a Master’s degree in international development and a strong focus on gender studies, particularly intersectional feminism. She has extensive experience in project management, having worked with Oxfam-Quebec-Université Laval on various development initiatives. Nelly also has experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Gender Equality during her work with the International Bureau for Children’s Rights (IBCR), where she played a key role in ensuring that gender-sensitive approaches were embedded in projects. Her work has consistently focused on promoting social equity and addressing systemic inequalities, and advocating for marginalized communities.
